Yes. Remote work is the new norm. Demonstrated ability to connect and collaborate online to accomplish business goals will be key.
What changes have you seen in financial markets?
I have had the privilege of being part of the digital transformation of financial services for the last twenty years - leading the launch of the New York Stock Exchange’s first web site, nyse.com and in conjunction with talented partners - both agencies and colleagues - evolving the NYSE digital strategy through enormous changes in financial markets through 2009.
And are the changes in Financial Services over?
In 2011 at CIT Group, we pivoted towards online banking which remains in a period of rapid transformation. Almost ten years later, data speed-near real-time, and sources - such as social data - continue to change our experience of banking and all financial services - from business banking to mortgages.
